• 1. Attend an Admissions Event. Reserve a spot using one of these options:​

  • Complete the Admissions Event Form

  • Email admissions@crestmontschool.org

  • ​Call Admissions at 510-237-4164

  • Create a Ravenna account and select a tour

• 2. Complete an application online.

  • You will be prompted to create a Ravenna account.

  • To be considered for admission to Kindergarten, a child must be five years old by October 31st. 

  • Pay the non-refundable $78 application processing fee.​​

  • Contact admissions@crestmontschool.org if you are applying for rolling admissions in the current year.

• 3. Upload all required documents on Ravenna, including:

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (all grades)

  • Progress Report or Report Card (grades 6-8)​​​

  • Outside educational assessments (all grades, if applicable)
    ​​​

• 4. Complete a financial aid application (if applicable)​​​

• 5. Attend a classroom visit and assessment:

  • Applicants for Kindergarten will be invited to join a small group evaluation.

  • Applicants for grades 1-8 will be invited to meet with a teacher in person.
