Everybody needs a little T.L.C.!

Dear Crestmont Community,

Welcome to the 2025–26 school year! We’re thrilled to kick off another year of learning, laughter, and community. 

This year brings something exciting: a new leadership model that’s rooted in our original mission. It grows from our core values—curiosity, compassion, and confidence—and reflects the way we believe a school should be led: together. 

In our Teacher Leadership Collective (TLC), teachers and staff collaborate to guide curriculum, shape our school culture, and make big decisions. We want Crestmont's governance to model the diverse, democratic society we’re preparing our students for. 

Crestmont has always been a cooperative, community-based school. This shift deepens that commitment, making sure staff, families, and students work side-by-side to shape our shared future. 

We’re eager to begin this new chapter—rooted in Crestmont’s traditions, yet growing into an even more collaborative future. Together—with our TLC, Board of Directors, and membership—we’ll make this a year to remember.
