AFTERCARE

Aftercare will be offered Monday through Friday until 6:00pm. The rate is the same regardless of pick-up time.

Families either sign up for occasional Drop-In care, or commit to a minimum of one Regular day per week for the entire school year.

You must enroll by the end of August 22 to begin care at the Regular rate starting on the first day of school. After August 22, you will have to pay the daily Drop-In rate for the remainder of August and the month of September. 

Regular Aftercare Rates

5 Days $395 per month
4 Days $370 per month
3 Days $325 per month
2 Days $240 per month
1 Day  $150 per month

Billing
The first billing will be applied to your account on September 5th. All remaining payments will be billed on your tuition payment date through May. 

Withdrawal From Aftercare or Changes in Number of Days
If you need to withdraw from aftercare or change your aftercare schedule, we will need at least 15 business days advance notice before your next billing. Once you are set up in the system, all changes should go directly to Clarence: cbergergreer@crestmontschool.org

Drop-In Care
The daily Drop-In flat rate is $40. Use this form to sign up. The sign up form will also be posted in School Speak for easy access. 

Grace Period
There is a 5-minute grace period for pick-up at the end of the school day. After that, students will be sent to aftercare, and families will be charged the drop-in rate for the day.
