FIELD TRIP DRIVER INFO

Before you can volunteer as a driver on field trips, you must first upload current documents (valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and DMV report) to this Driver Information Form. We ask that all families submit these at the start of the school year to make it easier to track compliance for each trip.

Some of our new families have already completed this step (^_^). If that's your case, you can disregard this reminder.
