We need your voice! Join one of these important volunteer committees shaping Crestmont’s future:
Structural Reorganization Committee
Sign up by Friday, 9/26 (email board@crestmontschool.org)
Work together over Zoom + some independent work to finalize the Structural Reorganization Proposal and Shared Governance Workflow.
Commitment: 3 zoom meetings in October + independent work; host/attend one in person or virtual office hours for members and staff
Goal: Present final proposal to Membership at 11/6 Membership Meeting
Transparent Pay Scale Working Group
Sign up by Friday, 10/3 (email board@crestmontschool.org)
Commitment: 3-5 meetings starting in late October through December + some independent work + host/attend 1 office hours for members/staff
Goals: Present draft proposal to Membership by 12/1, host office hours + obtain feedback from staff/membership, present final proposal to Membership at January Membership Meeting
Both groups are 100% volunteer and open to all families and staff. This is a great way to earn those community hours!
