Spring Teacher Conferences + Lunches Info
On Wednesday, 3/11, through Friday, 3/13, we will hold our Spring Conferences. The sign-ups are posted on School Speak so everyone can sign up early enough to plan.
Families with siblings can sign up for conferences through today, Friday, 2/27, to allow them to schedule their conferences on the same day.
The rest of the families can sign up tomorrow, Saturday, 2/28, and beyond. Conferences will be 25 minutes long and are in person.
To sign up for conferences:
- On the homepage, click on "Change group" in the top left corner.
- In that menu, scroll down to your student’s class and click on it. (For Redwoods and Sequoias, look for the group called "Redwoods Sequoias Conferences".)
- In the left column, click on "Parent Teacher Conference".
- Click on "Sign Me Up" for the date/time of your choice
Academic Schedule Different on Conference Days
The daily academic schedule for the conference days will be altered so that teachers have time to meet with their families:
Wednesday 3/11
There will be free childcare from 8:00-9:00a.m. Class starts at 9:00am. Dismissal is at 2:00pm as usual.
Thursday 3/12
There will be free childcare from 8:00-9:00a.m. Class starts at 9:00am. Dismissal is at 1:15pm.
Friday 3/13
There will be free childcare from 8:00-9:00a.m. Class starts at 9:00am. Dismissal is at 1:15pm.
AFTER CARE for 3/12 and 3/13: Your child can attend aftercare after 1:15 pm if your child is signed up. There is no extra fee for those usually signed up for Thursdays and Fridays. For those who are not signed up, the drop-in fee is $40, and you can sign up on this form
As you may know, it is a Crestmont school tradition for families to bring a nourishing savory, sweet dish & drinks for our fabulous teachers, while they prepare & hold conferences with parents.
Thank you to families who have already signed up on School speak under ‘Spring Conference’ 2026, we really appreciate it!
We are currently in need of 6 savory dishes & 1 dessert.
Please Note We have a staff member with a severe allergy to Spinach & Peanuts!
Ideas for savory dishes: warm, hearty soups; whole grain bread with cheese; pasta dishes; rice dishes; fruit salads; homemade treats.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also appreciated.

Please leave dishes in the Garden Room from early drop off upto 12 noon.
Things to note:
Please label your dishes & utensils with your name, and include what your dish is/ ingredients.
Dishes will be collected, cleaned and returned Friday or Monday
You can earn one community hour for bringing a dish or helping to clean-up.
